EXECUTIVE STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
For those of us in the rat race we face a myriad of challenges:
- Making difficult decisions
- Settling into a new job
- Taking on new responsibilities
- Long working hours
- Late hour calls
- Frequent traveling
- Job and market uncertainty
- Making time for a social life and family
A good dose of stress is often helpful in keeping us focused, making us more efficient and enabling us to pull through whatever challenges come our way. However, having our body’s adrenalin-fuelled stress response, (also known as the ‘fight-or-flight’ system), switched on for extended periods, can affect both our health and mental state. When you are caught up in the adrenalin rush, you may not even notice or feel anything unusual, until you are close to burn out.
If you would like to be able to think more clearly, be calmer and more confident, feel more empowered, sleep well and wake up refreshed and energised for the day, and generally feel healthier and happy while working, Kinesiology Asia’s personalised Executive Stress Management Program could be the answer. Our program will support you to achieve the above in a completely natural and holistic way.
The program requires a minimum of 10 pre-paid sessions and is tailored to support you as an individual in facilitating positive change. The treatment plan is based on, but not limited to, exploring the following topics:
Stress and emotions: Happy employees correlate to raising sales by 37%, productivity by 31% and task accuracy by 19%. Happiness at work means better work and better business. What’s holding you back? We’ll start by exploring and balancing any emotional or mental blockages e.g. self-limiting beliefs, fear, anger, work stress, confusion, sleep, etc.
Career guidance: What makes you happy? What are your strengths? What would you like to achieve in your career? Each practitioner has a unique approach to self-improvement, counseling and life coaching for the most powerful possible impact on transformation for success – on your terms.
Organs and hormones: Not only does the endocrine system plays a significant role in our health, it plays a huge role in our productivity and how we manage stress. We’ll balance and support the physiological and energetic state of brain function; the adrenal system, the digestive and immunity system organs and glands, and related hormones to help support you in achieving optimal health and well-being.
Nutrition: Through kinesiology, we can help identify nutritional stresses. For example, heavy metals, food additives, pollutants and stress we’re exposed to on a daily basis can compromise the nutritional status of the body, therefore it’s important that we ensure the body is obtaining necessary nutrients in order for it to function effectively.
Requiring a minimum commitment of 10 pre-paid sessions ($12,000 - $15,000 HKD), this program includes a free 30-minute consultation and 10% off any nutritional supplements you may need.
