ACHIEVE YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS WITH KINESIOLOGY

It's coming to that time of year where we celebrate Xmas, party on New Year's Eve, and then set our resolutions for the new year. Resolutions! The chance to start a new year afresh, the opportunity to make the changes we want to make. So, despite all the initial excitement and motivation, why do the overwhelming majority of new year resolutions fail?

There are plenty of books and articles available on how to set and achieve our goals. there's even a thriving coaching industry that aims to support people in this very area. Most of us probably know that we need to set SMART goals, we need to invest our emotions into making the changes by associating enough pain with failing and enough pleasure with the change, that we need to set actions with deadlines that will lead us towards the achievement of our goals. Yes, we know all this, but why do so many still fail to achieve what they want?

There is one simple, yet crucial thing that all the knowledge, planning, motivation and personal coaching struggles to address... your subconscious. No matter how strongly you want something to happen, if your subconscious is not on the same page, then forget it. The subconscious is an incredibly powerful aspect of who you are and will over-ride conscious intention. Be it survival emotions or long-held beliefs, these are the realm of the subconscious, and subconscious is king when it comes to driving our behaviour.

This is where Kinesiology becomes a powerful ally in helping you achieve what you want. Through the science of muscle monitoring, a skilled Kinesiologist can tell you within seconds whether your subconscious is congruent or incongruent with your goals. And if your subconscious doesn't want to play ball, Kinesiology is able to work with the body to help resolve the underlying objections, so that you can harness all the resources you need to get what you consciously desire.

If you have put in the time and energy to create motivating and worthwhile goals, then make sure you invest time into dealing with any subconscious blocks, and exponentially increase your chances to achieve what you want.
